- e-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase. In the event of a refund of a purchase paid with an e-Gift Card, the refund will be in the form of Credit Voucher.
- e-Gift Cards with a remaining value amount of less than $1 are not able to use on purchases.
- e-Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-extensible, and non-exchangeable for cash.
- TANGS Classic and Preferred Members are entitled to earn TANGS rebates on the purchase of e-Gift Cards.
- Purchases paid using e-Gift Cards do not count towards nett spend of purchases and are not eligible to earn TANGS rebates unless otherwise stated.
- TANGS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold to review any e-Gift Cards for suspected fraud, mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of e-Gift Card policies.
- e-Gift card is non-transferable after it is registered to a recipient's mobile phone number.
- Recipients are advised to retain the email/SMS of the e-Gift Card that they received for tracking purposes.

TANGS shall not be liable in any way for:
(a) any delay or failure in processing TANGS e-Gift Card transactions because of any electronic, mechanical system, data processing or telecommunication defect or failure, act of God, civil disturbance or any event outside the control of TANGS, its servants, agents or contractors;(b) any malfunction, defect or error in any terminal or other data processing equipment, software or system used to process TANGS e-Gift Card transactions;
(c) any damage to or loss of or inability to retrieve any data or information that may be stored in the TANGS e-Gift Card or any microchip or circuit or device in the TANGS e-Gift Card or corruption of any such data or information, howsoever caused; and/or
(d) any fraud and/or forgery in relation to the TANGS e-Gift Card perpetrated on TANGS, its servants, agents or contractors.

TANGS may, but is not obliged to, provide notification of such changes at TANGS website (www.tangs.com) or other means of communication as TANGS may deem fit and shall be effective as of the date specified by TANGS.
