- Visit any Starbucks store in Singapore, except Airport stores (excluding Jewel Changi Airport).
- After placing your order, inform the cashier at the payment counter that you'd like to redeem a Starbucks eGift Card.
- You can present your eGift Card directly from the link received or you can add it to your Starbucks app. To add the eGift Card to your Starbucks app –
- Open Starbucks app
- Click on “Pay”
- Add your Starbucks eGift Card by keying in the Card Number and Security Code
- Click on “Save Card”
- Present your eGift Card to the cashier, who will scan the barcode/QR code in their system. Please avoid taking a screenshot of the eGift Card as it could lead to scanning errors.
- Your redemption is complete! Enjoy your Starbucks experience.

- The barcode is dynamic in nature and needs to be refreshed after every 4 minutes, 40 seconds.
- Can be used for general, sale, or promotional items.
- Not exchangeable or refundable for Starbucks Gift Cards or Vouchers, and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or full.
- Multiple redemptions are allowed on this eGift Card.
- No minimum purchase is required, and multiple eGift Cards can be used in a single transaction.
- If not redeemed within the validity period, all rights associated with this eGift Card will lapse.
- Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be permitted beyond the date of issue.
